Custom built with the needs of the modern day student as the priority. The complex comprises of 14 only 3 Bedroom apartments fitted out to the highest standards. The bedrooms come complete with double beds, bedside locker, twin wardrobe, large workstation with file shelf and ample storage space. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite toilet and the other two share a bathroom. The bathroom has a full sized bath and built in shower.
The kitchen/living are open plan in design offering a bright and spacious living area. The kitchen comes equipped with oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave table and chairs. The living area is fitted with leather couch, leather tub chairs, coffee table.
The complex is a secure gated development which was custom designed for third level student requirements. The complex is located adjacent to the Parkway Shopping Centre and is situated behind the Accountants office that fronts the Parkway Roundabout. Individual WiFi access point in each apartment.
The complex has a fob type access control system. On arrival a personalised fob will be programmed and this is your key to access through the pedestrian gate and to the buildings. For those students with cars we will programme your mobile phone to activate the gates. The complex is covered by cctv and footage is reviewed daily.
Each apartment has its own gas boiler which heats and provides hot water for the apartment. Both the electricity bills and gas bills remain in the name of the Management Company. The bills are copied as we receive them and distributed to each apartment. The bills are split evenly between the 3 occupants and payment collected.
